MEATBALLS IN TOMATO SAUCE


Ingredients


  •   Polimark Tomatino classic 500 g
  •   A slice of bread
  •   Minced meat 500 g
  •   120 g flour
  •   onion
  •   4 carrots
  •   Milk 200 ml
  •   2 cloves of garlic
  •   ½ celery
  •   2 eggs
  •   Polimark Ketchup mild 100 g
  •   Grinded red paprika 1 teaspoon
  •   Oil
  •   parsley
  •   salt
  •   pepper
  •   Polimark Bionačin 1 tablespoon





Preparation

Cut the onion into slices and fry. Soak the soft part of bread into milk to swell up. Mix together onions, meat and drained bread. Add Polimark Bionačin, grinded red paprika, salt, pepper, eggs and chopped parsley and mix it all together. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes after which you will shape it into meatballs and bake them in the oven until golden brown. On the other side, fry in hot oil carrots and celery, add Polimark Tomatino classic, season as desired and cook until thickened. Add Polimark Ketchup mild. Strain sauce through a strainer and cook it for another 5 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve with mashed potatoes.
