BONĊ½ITA WITH DARK CHOCOLATE - GLUTEN FREE


Ingredients


  •   150 g of dark chocolate
  •   50g Polimark table Margarine
  •   70 g sugar
  •   9 tablespoons honey
  •   100 g of sesame
  •   150 g peanuts
  •   fist of expanded rice





Preparation

Chocolate, Polimark table Margarine and honey gently melt away so you do not boil it. Bake the peanut in the oven, and fry the sesame seeds in a court so they slightly get browned. Grind the peanut and add to the melted chocolate previously removed from the heat, then add the sesame and expanded rice. All this stir well and pour on an oiled tray to cool. Put in the fridge to cool. Cut into bars.
