TURKEY WITH PEANUTS IN MUSTARD SAUCE


Ingredients


  •   Turkey breast meat 400g
  •   Oil 1 dl
  •   Flour 70 g
  •   Salt and pepper
  •   Olive oil 1 dl
  •   Peanuts 100g
  •   Neutral cream 2 dl
  •   Polimark Mustard fine 300 g





Preparation

Pestle turkey breast meat with a mallet, add salt and pepper and roll it in flour on both sides. Deep fry in a pan until it gets golden brown colour. Remove the turkey meat from the pan. Add olive oil in pan to fry the peanuts and add neutral cream and Polimark Mustard fine in it. Stir all well and add the turkey meat in it. Serve with potatoes or rice.
