- A small onion

- 8 - 9 flat tablespoons of flour (100 g)

- 1 kg fresh spinach or chard

In an appropriate dish fry chopped onion, celery and carrot. When browned add the flour and continue to fry and then add Polimark Tomatino classic, Polimark Ketchup pizza and sauce Polimark Tomato Sauce classic. Pour water into it and stir until it boils and then reduce the heat and simmer over low heat. Add spices to taste. If you want a completely smooth soup, mix the mass in the pan with a hand mixer or a blender and continue cooking gently. Cleaned spinach or chard boil briefly in boiling water, drain and cut into large strips you will put into soup. Cook for 10 more minutes and then remove from the stove. Serve in the bowl or deep plate.
