ROSE PIE



Ingredients


  • • 500 g flour
  • • 25 g fresh yeast
  • • 0.125 l water
  • • 0.125 l milk
  • • 0.1 l yogurt
  • • 1 egg
  • • 0.1 l oil
  • • 5 g baking soda
  • • 10 g salt
  • • 200 g Polimark table Margarine
  • • Sesame seeds for sprinkling





Preparation

Whisk 170g Polimark table Margarine and add the remaining ingredients. Obtained dough develop to a 1 cm thickness and cover it with the remaining Polimark table Margarine. Then roll it and cut into roses. Obtained pieces arrange in greased round-baking pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake immediately at 180 º C.
