MUSHROOM SOUP WITH TOMATO SAUCE



Ingredients


  • • 300 g Polimark Tomato sauce Classic
  • • ½ kg of fresh mushrooms
  • • 1 onion
  • • parsley
  • • oil
  • • salt
  • • ½ l of water





Preparation

Fry the chopped onion in oil, add chopped parsley and mushrooms. Stew them well in the oil and when soft pour a ½ l of lukewarm water. When broth boils, add 300 g of Polimark Tomato sauce Classic. Cook for a few minutes and then add salt to taste and serve.
