CHICKEN CREAM SOUP


Ingredients

  •   1000ml of water
  •   250g chicken fillet
  •   200ml Polimark’s cooking cream
  •   20g Polimark’s margarine
  •   1 onion
  •   1 medium sized carrot
  •   1 spoon of flour
  •   ½ spoon of Polimark Binačina
  •   salt
  •   pepper
  •   parsley to taste

Preparation

Finely chopped onion deep fry with Polimark’s margarine, then add some square chopped carrots and deep fry for additional 10 minutes and add water if necessary. Add the square chopped chicken filet and then spice it up with Polimark’s Binačin and pepper and deep fry for additional 5 minutes.
Add a spoon of flour and mix it and then add 1000ml of water and cook for 20 minutes.
In the end, add Polimark’s cooking cream, add salt to taste and stir and cook for 5 more mintues.
Serve it while it’s hot.
