CHICKEN MUSTARD PIQUANT PASTA
Ingredients
- 300g of pasta
- 300g cooked chicken
- 150g of red peppers
- 100g cooked broccoli
- 100ml of water
- 80g Polimark Mustard hot
- 50g Polimark Mayonnaise Posni & Laki
- 4 medium size tomatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- basil
Preparation
Prepare the cooked pasta and let it cool down, occasionally mixing not to stick together. In a large pot, mix Polimark Mayonnaise Posni&Laki, Polimark Mustard hot and honey. With continuous stirring, add water until you get a uniformed consistency topping. Chicken, peppers, broccoli, onion and tomato chopp into cubes and add to a chilled pasta. Stir well, add basil, overflow with topping and season as desired. Mix all carefully together and serve cold.
