•   1kg of frozen gnocchi
  •   500g chicken filet
  •   400g Polimark Cubetti tomato
  •   300ml Polimark cooking cream
  •   200g cheese
  •   200g champignons
  •   1 medium size zucchini
  •   1 onion
  •   1 carrot
  •   2 cloves of garlic
  •   1 spoon of Polimark Binačin
  •   pepper
  •   oregano


Fry the chicken on a small dose of oil cut in squares and spice it with a half a spoon of Polimark Binačin. Oil up the fireproof container and line up the chicken, in the pan add oil and deep fried onion and add the grated carrot. Add the squared cut zucchini, leaf cut mushrooms, Polimark cooking cream and deep fry it all together for 10 minutes on mild temperature. Then add the cut garlic and half a spoon of Polimark Binačin, oregano, peper and cover it with Polimark Cubetti tomato and deep fry it for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in salted water, then dry it and cover the chicken with it. Cover the gnocchi with sauce and grated cheese. Cook it in the oven on 200°C for about 20 minutes.
Serve it while warm.
