PEPPERS IN MUSTARD


Ingredients

  •   300g of green peppers
  •   250g Polimark mustard Fini
  •   200g of red peppers
  •   200g of yellow peppers
  •   100g of sour cream
  •   50ml of oil
  •   1 teaspoon Polimark Binacin
  •   Laurel in powder

Preparation

Wash the peppers, cut the shanks, eject the seed, cut into noodles and fry at medium temperature for about 10 minutes. In a deeper bowl mix Polimark Mustard Fini, sour cream, oil, Polimark Binacin and powdered laurel. Add fried peppers and mix them lightly. Leave to stand for 15 minutes and serve cold.
