SALMON IN A MUSTARD SAUCE


Ingredients

  •   300g smoked salmon
  •   100ml sour cream
  •   40g onion
  •   40g of pickles
  •   3 teaspoons of oil
  •   1 teaspoon Polimark Mustard Fini
  •   1 teaspoon of sugar
  •   1 teaspoon of vinegar

Preparation

Cut the salmon into strips of 2cm in length and add to a deeper salad bowl. Chop the pickles and onion and put them on top of the salmon.

In a smaller bowl, mix Polimark Mustard Fini, sugar and vinegar. Lightly mixing, add oil and in the end add sour cream and mix all together to get the topping of a uniform consistency.

Lightly mixing, pour the topping over salmon and vegetables. Serve cold.
