Whipping Cream
Polimark Professional whipping cream is sweetened cream, base on vegetable fat that does not contain gluten. Contains milk products. It is used as an ingredient to prepare and decorate cookies, cakes, ice cream, fruit salad and dessert. It can be used in the preparation of hot and cold beverages. It is packaged in the original packaging that preserves the safety and quality of products to the stated expiration date at rated conditions of storage.
Usage: before the prepation, cool down the product to 8°C – 12°C. Whipp to desired firmness.
Storage conditions: Store at 5°C – 20°C. After opening keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
