
COOKIES WITH WALNUTS – GLUTEN FREE
Ingredients
- 200 g Polimark table Margarine
- 160 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g walnuts
- half of baking soda
- 300 g rice flour
Preparation
Combine all ingredients gradually. If you feel that the resulting mixture is thin, add a little more flour. Shape the cookies as you wish and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 º C.
