CHICKEN CREAM FILET


Ingredients

  •   500ml of Polimark cooking cream
  •   2 large pieces of chicken filet
  •   table spoon of Polimark Binčin
  •   table spoon of Polimark Fine Mustard
  •   curry
  •   peppercorn
  •   thyme

Preparation time: 15 min

For 2 people

Mix the curry and Polimark Binačin with that mix and some oil cover the meat. Fry the meat on a teflon pan. In a smaller pot pour Polimark cooking cream, add Polimark Fine MustardBinačin, thyme and peppercorn, heat it to boiling point. Cover the meat with the sauce and serve it boiled vegetables.
