PORK CHOPS IN THE ZURIC WAY


Ingredients

  •   500ml of white wine
  •   300ml Polimark cooking cream
  •   100ml of oil
  •   50g Polimark fine mustard
  •   6 pork chops
  •   1 green peppers
  •   1 onion
  •   grated rind of lemon
  •   a spoon of cut parsley
  •   Polimark Binačin
  •   salt and pepper (to taste)

For 4 people

Thin the pork chops with a meat hammer, spice it up to taste and cover it with Polimark Fine Mustard. Fry it on hot oil until they get golden brown, then take them out and leave them on a hot surface. Square cut the onion and the pepper and fry them in the oil where the pork chops got fryed. Pour the Polimark Cooking Cream and white wine, add the parsley and the grated rind of lemon and spice it up to taste. Cook on mild temperature until it boils. Cover the pork chops with warm sauce and serve.
