DEEPFRIED PANCAKES


Ingredients

  •   For pancakes (8 pieces):
  •   2 eggs
  •   3dl of water
  •   180g flour
  •   ½ teaspoons of sugar
  •   0.5dl of oil
  •   Salt

  •   For filling:
  •   350g of ground meat
  •   120g cheese
  •   1 onion
  •   1dl Polimark Tomatino Klasik
  •   150g champignons
  •   300g Polimark Tartar sauce

  •   To pan:
  •   200g flour
  •   200g bread crumbs
  •   2 eggs

Preparation

In an appropriate bowl, combine eggs, water, sugar and a little salt. Gradually add flour and mix until adequate density is obtained. From the prepared mass, bake 8 pancakes on a small amount of oil.

Onions and mushrooms cut into cubes and cheese on 8 sticks. On a small amount of oil fry onions until glazed, then add minced meat and cook, occasionally adding water. Add champignons, Polimark Tomatino Klasik and season to taste. Continue with cooking until mushrooms soften and excessive fluid reduces.

Apply small amount of filling on a pancake and put a cheese stick. Switch lateral sides 2cm inward and roll the pancake. Roll them into flour, then into eggs, and then into bread crums.

Pancakes should be fried in hot oil until they become golden brown.

Prepared pancakes decorate with Polimark Tartar sauce.
