•   6-7 medium-sized potatoes
  •   3 spring onions or 1 onion
  •   2dl Plantino soy drink Classic
  •   4 teaspoons of soybean flakes
  •   Sunflower oil
  •   2 teaspoons of Polimark Binacin
  •   ½ teaspoons of dill
  •   1 tomato
  •   Salt


In a pan, fry spring onions with soybean flakes, which were previously immersed in boiling water, and then strained. Pour one teaspoon of Polimark Binacin and stir well.

In the lubricated refractory bowl, line thin rings of peeled and cut potatoes, half of the soybean flakes fillingl, again the potatoes, the soybean flakes filling, and finally cover with potatoes. Place  chopped tomatoes over potatoes and bake 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ⁰C.

Pour a teaspoon of Polimark Binacin, salt and dill in Plantino soy drink Classic. Remove the mousaka from the oven, pour in the mixture and bake for another 45 minutes.
