GINGERBREAD WITH FRUITS


Ingredients

  •   400g of gingerbread
  •   300g of frozen fruit (raspberry, strawberry, red mix…)
  •   200ml of Polimark whipped cream

Ingredients

Let the frozen fruit melt on room temperature. Polimark Whipped Cream whisk until it gets strong. Carefully deepen the gingerbread with a spoon a, fill it with some Polimark whipped cream and add the fruit.
