CHILI CHICKEN WITH POLIMARK CUBETTI TOMATO
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 400g Polimark Cubetti
- 150ml of white wine
- 100g of black olives
- 1 large red onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Polimark Binacin
- salt
- pepper and parsley to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 200 °C. Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken fillet on both sides for 1 minute. Chicken fillet and roasting juices transfer to the refractory bowl, add red onions, garlic, chili peppers, olives, oregano, Polimark Binacin, Polimark Cubetti and white wine.
Place the bowl in the heated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is well cooked.
Serve with cooked potatoes and sprinkle with parsley leaves.
