•   800g of turkey fillet
  •   200g Polimark Mustard Fini
  •   2dl fine white wine
  •   1 teaspoon Polimark Binacin
  •   Small amount of olive oil
  •   lemon slices
  •   salt


Cover with olive oil the dish in which the meat will be cooked. Cover turkey fillet with Polimark Mustard Fini from all sides and line into a bowl. Sprinkle Polimark Binacin, olive oil and white wine over meat. Put lemon slices on top of turkey. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Remove the bowl from the fridge, leave for 10 minutes at room temperature. Bake the turkey at a temperature of 180 °C. After 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and bake until the meat is browned.
