•   1 kg of pasta without eggs
  •   2 heads of cauliflower
  •   2 large garlic cloves
  •   2 cups of Plantino soy drink Classic
  •   1 small cup of yeast
  •   2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  •   2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  •   2 teaspoons of salt
  •   2 teaspoons of chilli powder
  •   2 teaspoons of turmeric
  •   2 teaspoons of Polimark Mustard Fini
  •   A pinch of ground pepper


Boil the pasta in salted water and drain it. Cut cauliflowerl in half and cook in unsalted water for about 10 minutes, until it softens. Then place it in the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and mix at high speed for a few minutes until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed.

Pour the resulting mixture over the pasta. Serve hot.
