•   1l Polimark Tomatino Klasik
  •   2 x 500ml Polimark Tomatino Ljuta paprika
  •   4 eggplants
  •   150g of feta cheese
  •   70ml of olive oil
  •   3-4 crushed cloves
  •   parsley
  •   salt


Pour into a bowl Polimark Tomatino Klasik and Polimark Tomatino Ljuta paprika, 50ml of olive oil, salt and cook until boil. When it is boiling, reduce the temperature and cook until the sauce is thickened. At the end of cooking, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, crushed cloves and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cut eggplants on rings, apply olive oil and salt to each side.

Distribute evenly eggplant rings in the oven pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 220 °C. Then put baked eggplant rings into the refractory bowl along with tomato sauce. Put the bowl in preheated oven for a few minutes so the dish gets a crust. Cool the dish down, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with feta cheese.
