•   300 – 400 g minced meat
  •   300 g spaghetti
  •   300 g Polimark Tomato sauce Mediterano
  •   1 onion
  •   2 cloves of garlic
  •   Oil
  •   salt
  •   pepper
  •   sugar
  •   parmesan cheese
  •   basil


Cook the spaghetti in water in which is added a little salt and oil. Chop onion and fry it in oil. After frying, put the minced meat, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. After 10 minutes add 2 chopped cloves of garlic. Add 300 g Polimark Tomato sauce Mediterranean and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Pour the warm sauce onto drained spaghetti. Garnish with basil leaves and parmesan cheese.
