SPAGHETTI IN MUSHROOM SAUCE
Ingredients
- 500g champignos
- 500g pasta of your likening
- 250ml Polimark cooking cream
- 50ml white wine
- 1 onion
- 4 spoons of pretzels
- 3 spoons Polimark margarin
- 1 spoon cut parsley
- 1 spoon Polimark Fine Mustard
- salt
- pepper

For 4 people
Wash, dry, clean and cut the mushrooms on thin leaves. Peel the onion and cut it on small squares. Polimark margarine melt it a bigger pot and fry the onion in it. Add the mushrooms and fry them togheter with the onions for about 8-10 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the preztel, salt and peper and mix them and then add Polimark cooking cream, white wine and a spoon of Polimark Fine Mustard and cook it for 10 minutes.
Cover the pasta with the sauce. And add some parmesan to taste.
Serve while warm.
