
WHITE SPAGHETTI
Ingredients
- 500ml Polimark cooking cream
- 400g spaghettis
- 240g cheese toast
- 150g ham
- 100g smoked bacon
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ spoon of Polimark Binačin
- oregano
- dill
- rosemary
- basil
- salt to taste
Preparation
Cook the spaghetti in salted water with a little bit of oil.
Fry the bacon and onion on olive oil. The add the cut clove of garlic and the squared cut ham. Spice it with Polimark Binačin. After a few minutes add Polimark cooking cream, oregano, dill, rosemary, basil and salt. Cooking for 2 minutes and then add toast per toast of chees and cook it non stop until the cheese melts.
Cover the drained spaghettis and serve it while warm.
